Design Notes
In our project, we consider different kinds of keys can open our lock.Based on our project, we design the part based on the two principle(2):
1.The binding fore between taRNA and crRNA is stronger than that between crRNA and RBS or that between aptamer and taRNA.
2.RBS and AUG are separated by about 6 bases.
